Q. How to contact you?
A. Use our contact us page for your suggestions, opinions, reporting or any other matter you have. Feel free to contact us for any matter you have and we will certainly get back to you with the reply as soon as possible, if needed.

Q. How to contact you about a broken link?
A. You can use out contact us page for that. Please report us using our contact us page for any suspicious activity or anything you might think should be reported to us.

Q. How do I add an avatar to my account?
A. After you logged in click on the settings menu then click on edit avatar. You can choose from our gallery images or if you would like you can upload your own avatar. The maximum file size you can upload is 100 kb.

Q. Why can't I sign up for an account?
A. There are many reasons for that. Are you sure when registering if you checked the agreement box? Are you sure you don't already have an account with us? If that does not work then there's a chance that your IP address has been banned by us. Please contact us with all the information you have like the location of your computer, etc.

Q. Why won't a game load?
A. There can be many explanations for a game not loading. Make sure you have the latest version Adobe Shockwave/Flash installed on your computer. You may have a firewall turned on which is preventing the game from downloading or loading. Look at your programs and make sure that your firewall is correctly set or if the firewall program is preventing the games from loading or not.

Q. Why won't the game save my score?
A. You may not be logged in or not a member of Arcadeset.com. Try restarting you browser or try using a different browser (all games tested in latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox). Also, try to clear you cookies (look at the manual of the operating systems you are using that is Windows, Mac, Linux or others and how to deal with the cookies).

Q. Why games don't work the same in full screen mode?
A. We have taken all the measures so to make sure all the games work equally in full screen mode. But, inherently some game works much better when played in the size the game was designed in. If game seems to be running slow or lagging you computer down try restarting the game in the normal mode.

Q. How to prevent showing my email publicly?
A. Go to your members preferences by clicking on the 'Settings', when you are logged in. Then, under the settings menu click on the 'Preferences' section, there you have options to choose from showing or not showing you email publicly.

Q. How to request or suggest a game that I like?
A. Yes you can suggest or request a game which you like and want to add in the game list of Arcadeset.com. Use our contact us page for that and please tell us where the game is located and we will see if we can find the author of the game. Please note that we must get the permission to use the games from the author or the owner of that particular game. We will try our best to include that game to Arcadeset.com, but if for some reason we are unable to, we will get back to you with the reason for which we were unable to add that particular game to our flash game website.

Q. How do I submit my score?
A. After playing a game, look for a 'Submit' or 'Send Score' button in the game. Click on the button to submit your score. Some games automatically submits your score after end of that game, but remember to login before playing a game, otherwise your score will not get submitted. Some games requires you to submit a screen shot of your score when submitting your score.

Q. How to submit a comment for a game?
A. On the game play page you will see the comment/review button. Type in your comment then click the submit button to comment on a game. Only members can submit comments for a game and you need to be logged in for that.

Q. How to use the Chat Box?
A. Only members can use the chat box to shout or chat with the fellow members, but remember you need to be logged on for that. Guests cannot shout or chat.

Q. I forgot my username. How to find it?
A. Please visit the Members list. If you still cannot find your username there, contact us. We may be able to help you out.

Q. I keep getting e-mails with new updates. Why do I get it and how can I unsubscribe?
A. You can unsubscribe by going to the settings page. You will then see a menu on the left side of the screen, look for preferences button. There is a setting called 'Allow other members/the admin to contact you by Email?' then select 'No'. Then save your settings to unsubscribe.

Q. I lost my password. How can I retrieve that?
A. You can use the 'Forgot Password?' link located in the login menu to retrieve your lost password. Otherwise you can click here to retrieve your password.

Q. Is my password and e-mail safe?
A. Your password and e-mail should be safe. We do suggest using a password that is hard to guess (use numbers, letters and symbols in your password). We also suggest changing your password every now and then in your settings. If someone asks you for your password or is tries to get access to any sort of information, please contact us. Never disclose your password to anyone. We are not responsible if someone hacks your password or account and misuse that.

Q. There's a game that won't work?
A. Use our contact us page to send your feedback, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
